Report on your initial reactions to the artist's work.  

I noticed that lots of color and texture used in portraits.

 

How would you categorize their work?

Portrait photography. 

 

Compare their works to works you’ve seen before. How do they compare? Do you like them or dislike them and why 

I haven't really seen portraits like this before, other than like fashion photography, and I think that Nick's work is more dramatic. I don't really liked how dramatic his pictures are.

 

If someone made their work today, how would it be different or the same?

I think that his work is very recent so it should be really recent.

 

Analyze the quote at the end of the slide show.

          “I can use anything from a 10 x 8 inch camera to a photo booth. The most important thing is to get my message across” 

This quote really makes sense since the most important thing is your vision more than how you capture it.

Make sure to include images that stood out to you either from the powerpoint or ones found online.
